SparkGlim System Upgrade Completed | Payment, Security & Infrastructure Updates

Dear SparkGlim Community,

We are pleased to announce that our scheduled system upgrade has been completed.

As part of our continued commitment to delivering a more secure, reliable, and globally accessible platform, we have successfully implemented major improvements across SparkGlim.

Key Improvements

Payment Integrations: Upgraded and expanded our payment integrations to support additional local and international payment channels.

New Payment Methods: Improved support for card payments, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, Apple Pay, and other supported options, subject to country and provider availability. These methods are not yet enabled for every country.

Security Enhancements: Strengthened our security infrastructure, transaction protection, abuse detection, and fraud prevention measures.

System Architecture: Upgraded our payment processing infrastructure, checkout architecture, and overall platform reliability.

International Expansion: Improved our infrastructure to better support customers and organizers across multiple countries.

Important Notice: USSD Availability

USSD integrations for Nigeria and other affected countries are temporarily suspended as we continue working toward a broader international USSD rollout.

This suspension does not affect Ghana and Malawi. USSD services in these two countries remain supported.

We appreciate your patience as we work toward expanding and restoring USSD availability in additional countries.
